Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws, and anyone whose consumer health data we hold, can use this page to exercise their privacy rights. You may also email privacy@urgent-care-online.com. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records and respond within 45 days.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Urgent Care Online shares consumer information with partner providers who compensate us and with advertising partners. This may be a "sale" or "sharing" under state law. Select the opt-out option below to stop it. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
What happens next
- Verification. We match the name, email, phone, and state you provide against our records. We may ask one follow-up question. We never use verification information for any other purpose.
- Timing. Acknowledgment within 10 business days; full response within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days with notice.
- Opt-outs take effect within 15 business days and are passed to partners who received your information in the prior 90 days.
- Appeals. If we deny a request, reply to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line. If the appeal is denied, we will tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.
- No discrimination. Exercising your rights will not change the price or quality of any service you have requested.
