Do Not Call / Do Not Text

Use this form to stop marketing calls and text messages from Urgent Care Online and the companies listed on our Partners page. You may also reply STOP to any text, tell a representative during a call, or email donotcall@urgent-care-online.com. We process every request within ten business days, add your number to our internal Do Not Call list permanently, and notify the partners who received your information.

What this does and does not do

• Stops calls and texts from Urgent Care Online and the partners we notify. If a partner has already begun contacting you, you may also need to tell that partner directly; their contact information is on the Partners page.
• Does not cancel appointments or communications from a healthcare provider you have already been matched with and are receiving care from. Contact that provider directly.
• Does not remove you from the National Do Not Call Registry or other companies' lists.
